These terms and conditions apply to purchase of goods on www.gai-lisva.dk and www.gai-lisva.com for delivery in Denmark and worldwide.
 

Ordering and payment

www.gai-lisva.com is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.
It may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
 
To shop at www.gai-lisva.com you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.
 
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping cart/basket". You can right up to the time of order edit the contents of the shopping cart, and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. Any extra payments like shipping or debit card charges will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.
 
When you are ready to order, click on "Go to check out" where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button "Order and pay". 
The purchase amount will be raised from your account when the product(s) is shipped.

 

Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation

When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgement (order confirmation) of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, when you have received an order confirmation from us.
 

Delivery time & freight costs

We dispatch all parcels from Denmark with UPS. We use insured parcel service and you receive a tracking number when we ship the order.
 
We process all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls GAI+LISVA reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary. When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number of the package.

Tax & customs

All prices displayed are including danish VAT. Any local tax, VAT and customs specific for your country may apply. Rates and charges may vary depending on your location. Local tax, VAT and charges will not be refunded by GAI+LISVA in case you return your item(s). Any extra charges (customs, VAT & tax) associated with returning items is the customers responsibility.
